Arroyo has been a bright spot for the Reds but look for him to get hit around tonight as he is off one of his longest outings of the year and has thrown over 117 pitches in his last three starts, this will catch up to him. Speinger starts for the Nationals and with an ERA over 9.00 in his last three starts he will allow his share of runs also.
