San Diego @ Pittsburgh
I am taking two selections in this one tonight.
Pittsburgh +126
Under 8.5 -110
If Maddux has had one flaw this year it is how he performs on the road he is 0-2 this year with an ERA over six. He also has problems holding base runners overall as he has allowed 16 stolen bases and not one throw out. His teams have lost four of the last five against the Pirates Chacon counters for the Pirates tonight and he has been a great addition to the Pirate rotation and while with the Rockies had great success against the Padres winning his last three starts giving up just 3 earned over 20 innings pitched.
Rapuano is behind the plate for this game and he is a Super under umpire. In his last six games the under is 4-1-1 and 3 of his last 4 with Maddux have gone under. His one game with Chacon also went under the total.
When PITTSBURGH team played as a Home team - After a non division game - Playing on Thursday - Coming off a night game - Coming off a Home loss they are 17-7 and the under is an amazing 17-4!
The Bucs get revenge for last nights loss with a win tonight that stays under the total!

Over 7.5 -115 NY / SF
Mother Nature, an umpire and the long ball will get this one over tonight. The wind is blowing out towards the apple in Shea which is a home run alley for right handers which is good news for this under.
Hernandez is off back to back scoreless outings and will get hit hard tonight and Cain will play well enough at first but his bullpen with an ERA over 7 will make sure to give up enough to let this one go over the total for us.
Holbrook is behind the plate tonight and he has the over at 7-4 on the season with an average of over 9 runs a game and a nice K/BB ratio. The over is 7-2 in his last nine overall, 4-1-1 in his last six against the Giants and 3-1 in his last four against the mets to include 1-0 with Hernandez.
When NY METS team Played as Home team as a Favorite - Vs Conference Opponent - Vs. Right handed pitchers - Coming off a 1 game loss - Coming off 1 under the over is 10-6
When SAN FRANCISCO team Played as Road team as a Underdog - During a night game - Before a conference game - Coming off a Road win - Coming off a 1 game win the over is 23-14
When SAN FRANCISCO team Played as Road team as a Underdog - During a night game - Before a conference game - Coming off a 1 game win - Coming off 1 under the over is 7-3

Jays -1.5 +150
Don’t have an umpire yet but I do like Hallady coming tonight. I know Buehrle is going for his 200th but he has a bunch going against him. The Jays hammer lefties A huge over 50 [points in the average column against lefties as opposed to righties. The White Sox are not playing well right now and are losers of four in a row headed into this one while the Jays just took a series from the slumping Yankees. I hate the chalk so I will stick to the run line which is just fine because last year the winner of this series went 8-1 against the run line so when a team does win its by more than one.
Play Against
Any team (CHI WHITE SOX)
poor AL hitting team (AVG <=.260) against a team with a good bullpen (ERA <=3.75), with a starting pitcher whose gives up 5.5 or less hits/start
86-51 over the last 5 seasons.
62.8% (37.0 units)
